Job summary

Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Leadership Development Manager in London to design, implement and oversee comprehensive leadership programmes across educators and functional teams. You will balance hands-on design with rigorous impact measurement and collaborate with senior management to align offerings with strategic goals while promoting inclusive leadership practices.

Reporting to the Group Head of Leadership Development, the role combines programme design, facilitation and evaluation

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development in a commercially driven environment.
• Strong facilitation skills across all levels of seniority, including action learning sets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership frameworks to underpin robust design.
• Excellent project management and communication skills with ability to measure impact.
• An accredited coach with experience of one-to-one and group coaching.
• Experience in using and interpreting psychometrics (BPS Level A and Level B).
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Confident applying AI and digital tools to enhance learning design, delivery and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee leadership development programmes for educators and functional teams.
• Review and elevate current leadership offer; align to organisational needs and develop a new functional pathway.
• Partner with business leaders, educators and HR to create scalable, high-quality learning experiences.
• Measure impact of programmes and continuously improve offerings to drive growth.
