Job summary

Howden is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to define and deliver its global leadership development strategy. You will shape capabilities, behaviours and succession pipelines to support the 2030 vision and a strong people-first culture.

Responsibilities include designing flagship programmes, creating a scalable learning ecosystem, and embedding AI fluency across leadership pathways to enable better decision-making and organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing leadership development at scale in a global organisation.
• Strong track record building capability frameworks and flagship programmes.
• Experience coaching senior/executive leaders and driving stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Set the global leadership development strategy aligned to business priorities and culture.
• Design flagship leadership programmes and a scalable learning ecosystem.
• Develop and implement coaching and team effectiveness initiatives at scale.
• Build succession and talent pipelines in partnership with Talent & Succession Lead.
• Embed AI fluency and future-ready leadership across pathways.
