Job summary

Howden is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to set and deliver Howden's global leadership development strategy, building capabilities, behaviours and pipelines to support the 2030 vision and our people-first culture at scale. Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering leadership development at scale in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Proven track record building capability frameworks and flagship leadership programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills with credibility advising senior and executive leaders.
• Experience coaching, team effectiveness and succession planning in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Set the global leadership development strategy aligned to business priorities, culture and capability needs.
• Design and deliver flagship programmes and a wider learning ecosystem across regions and units.
• Develop and implement coaching and team effectiveness strategies at scale.
• Build succession and talent pipelines in partnership with Talent & Succession leads.
• Embed AI-fluent leadership and adapt learning for global teams.
• Manage governance, budget and quality of leadership investments; measure impact and iterate.
