Job summary

IMI is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programmes that build organisational capability across the business. You will collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create impactful learning experiences and guide a global training strategy, including the SuccessFactors project.

This fixed-term maternity-cover contract spans approximately 12 months. You will oversee compliance learning, design blended solutions, and manage a cross-functional training workstream

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering learning interventions that improve performance.
• Proven accountability for multiple programmes of work and successful delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to design effective learning.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps.
• Lead global compliance learning to strengthen governance and assurance of completion.
• Design and develop engaging blended learning, including workshops, e-learning, video content and coaching sessions.
• Curate and improve existing learning content with stakeholders to support outcomes.
• Leverage learning technologies to deliver scalable, inclusive learning for global audiences.
• Establish and apply learning governance and quality standards.
• Use data and insight to guide learning strategy and decisions.
• Design and create assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• SuccessFactors: develop and maintain training strategy and align with project plan.
• SuccessFactors: coordinate training workstream milestones, resources and risks.
• Coordinate development, review and approval of training content for deployment at project stages.
• Align training with communications, change management, testing, deployment and business readiness.
• Initiate and manage multiple projects, driving stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Embed the value of ‘Be Curious’ by promoting learning opportunities and professional development.
• Stay up to date with trends and technologies in digital learning.
