Interactive Management, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programmes aligned with business priorities.

You will coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences, including SuccessFactors training. The role focuses half on supporting the SuccessFactors project team and overseeing a global learning strategy during a 12-month maternity cover.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering learning interventions that improve performance.
• Experience leading multi-programme learning initiatives and governance.

• Lead global compliance learning to ensure governance and completion tracking.
