You’ll manage learning schedules, respond to queries, track engagement and feedback, and look for ways to simplify processes to enhance the learner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning programmes, training or events from planning through delivery and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live, virtual and digital learning, including trainee induction.
• Help deliver professional and business skills curricula, AI capability activity and new joiner induction.
• Manage learning schedules, queries and communications across international offices.
• Track engagement, feedback and L&D metrics to inform evaluation and improvements.
• Identify ways to simplify L&D processes and improve the learner experience.
