Job summary

Carey Olsen in London is seeking a Learning & Development Assistant to support the learning and development lifecycle, coordinating programmes and working with the Senior Learning & Development Manager. You will gain exposure to digital learning, AI capability and evaluation.

Based in London, you’ll join the Knowledge and Learning team, collaborating with colleagues, subject matter experts and external providers. The role is 35 hours per week with generous holiday and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning programmes, training or events from planning through delivery and evaluation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live, virtual and digital learning, including trainee induction and the firmwide mentoring programme.
• Help deliver professional and business skills curricula, AI capability activity and new joiner induction.
• Manage learning schedules, queries and communications across international offices.
• Track engagement, feedback and L&D metrics to inform evaluation and improvements.
• Identify ways to simplify L&D processes and improve the learner experience.
