Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a KYC Director to lead the global Know Your Customer program, aligning governance with business objectives and driving risk-based decision making.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, ITC, and Commercial teams while overseeing a team of analysts and external partners to ensure robust due diligence and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in KYC, compliance, governance, risk management, audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading a KYC function or due diligence program within a large multinational, preferably energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead global KYC function with strategic direction and governance.
• Oversee day-to-day KYC operations, ensuring quality and SLA performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvements in governance and controls.
• Develop and maintain KYC policies, processes, and risk-informed decision making.
• Provide executive updates on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, ITC, and business units to resolve complex due diligence matters.
