Job summary

eClerx is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead global KYC policy and governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will shape and implement client due diligence, AML/CTF controls, and regulatory compliance with a focus on global standards and regional nuances.

The role requires strong policy governance, stakeholder engagement, and platform knowledge (Fenergo, Pega) to drive transformation and ensure robust KYC processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting KYC policies, procedures, standards, and guidance.
• Strong understanding of global KYC standards with regional variation.
• Hands-on with SPVs, trusts, beneficial ownership, CDD, and EDD.
• Regulatory policy and change-management experience.
• Experience testing KYC platforms such as Fenergo or Pega.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen global CDD, KYC, and regulatory framework.
• Draft, review, and enhance global and regional KYC policies and manuals.
• Interpret global standards and adapt to UK, Spain, and EMEA nuances.
• Manage policy governance: approvals, version control, communications.
• Provide advisory support on policy interpretation and risk acceptance.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable procedures for teams.
• Advise on complex entities and ultimate beneficial ownership.
• Develop training and decision trees to improve consistency.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting KYC/AML and conduct reviews.
