You will lead a team of investigators and compliance professionals, manage confidential reporting, and drive program improvements to ensure global compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor investigators, compliance staff, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
• Oversee confidential reporting program (hotline, email, mail).
• Investigate alleged Code of Conduct violations and advise remediation.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders on outcomes and actions.
• Maintain Business Integrity case management system.
• Direct annual ethics training and targeted education.
• Run conflicts of interest certification and recordkeeping.
• Analyze compliance data to drive program improvements.
