Job summary

Cruise Control Recruitment Ltd seeks a Global Account Executive to lead global OEM accounts, including Rolls-Royce experience preferred. Salary £80,000-£90,000 plus bonus and car allowance, with home/office base in the Midlands and travel to plants and customers' premises.

You will manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, forecast budgets, and coordinate across sales, ops, engineering and finance to maximise revenue and service levels. Aerospace experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global OEM accounts and executive relationships.
• Ability to draft complex contracts (technical, commercial, legal).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost management skills.
• Clear executive summaries, presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and cultivate key account relationships across the territory, with focus on major accounts and emerging revenue streams.
• Maintain key accounts with the existing customer base.
• Maintain and report on contractual compliance across all key accounts and relevant company sites.
• Develop close working relationships with global commercial and sales leadership, management and wider teams.
• Contribute to strategic commercial planning — lead thinker for the key account and product stream.
• Find new opportunities with key accounts for product streams.
• Lead within the sales team and across ops, technical, customer service, finance and product management to optimise commercial returns and service.
• Competitive updates on key accounts; develop and implement sales growth strategies and processes.
