• Develop and implement European sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
• Drive new business development across Europe and identify aerospace opportunities.
• Lead and coach a geographically dispersed sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Build strategic relationships with aerospace OEMs and key customers.
• Manage pipelines, forecasting and regional performance against targets.
• Collaborate with global sales, product management, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Support key customer negotiations and visits across the region.
