Job summary

Zone & Co is a remote-first software consulting group seeking a Systems & Support Engineer to bolster our global IT team. You will support employees across Windows and macOS, manage devices, and help scale cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You’ll own the EMEA support lifecycle, onboard/offboard, and implement automation while collaborating with Security on best practices and audits. This role rewards proactive problem-solving and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles in global/remote teams.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on with Intune, Jamf, Okta and Entra ID; cloud infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows and macOS via tickets, chat and video calls.
• Own EMEA support lifecycle and coordinate with global IT teams.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and access management.
• Manage endpoints with Intune and Jamf; secure corporate devices.
• Administer identity and collaboration platforms (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Support AWS and Azure environments and build automation workflows.
• Maintain documentation and work with vendors on new technologies.
