Job summary

CloudPay Technology Limited is seeking an Associate Corporate IT Engineer to provide prompt 1st and 2nd line IT support for a growing employee base. You will manage regional laptop builds, assets and peripherals, while maintaining secure, standard IT solutions across the CloudPay estate.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, onsite three days per week, and collaborate with IT management on small projects and supplier engagements to keep systems up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support/helpdesk with ticketing system usage.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and admin tools.
• AD/Azure AD and Group Policy administration experience.
• Good grasp of cyber-security including MFA.
• Asset management experience.
• Laptop/desktop and printer maintenance experience.
• Cloud-based telephony familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global user base via remote tools and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; take ownership of regional laptop builds.
• Manage IT peripherals (printers, phones, AV equipment, desktops/laptops).
• Participate in small IT projects and liaise with external suppliers for purchases/renewals.
• Maintain asset management accuracy and implement least-privileged security practices.
• Act as regional IT subject matter expert for assigned apps/services.
