Job summary

TXO Group is seeking an experienced Group IT Services Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services and infrastructure across UK, North America and Germany, with Chepstow or Solihull hybrid work and travel as required.

Reporting to the Group Head of IT, you will manage a geographically dispersed team, drive service performance, governance, and supplier management while aligning with group priorities and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT service and infrastructure leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-country teams and matrix organisations.
• Proven ability to improve service performance and customer experience.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Collaborates with Cyber Security and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and support of Group IT services across UK/NA/DE.
• Own service performance, incidents, changes and communications.
• Establish and maintain IT service management practices and SLAs.
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud, networks, identity and Microsoft 365.
