Job summary

Perfect Team, based at Head Office in Hatfield, seeks an experienced IT Manager to own and run the IT function across the UK and international sites. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on technology delivery, report to senior leadership, and drive value through improved systems and security.

The role requires broad IT capability, budget management, and the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders to shape business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT function with strategic and hands-on capabilities.
• Background in PHP or web development is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security practices.
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer the IT function across UK and international locations.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and core IT systems.
• Support and improve business applications including ERP and e-commerce.
• Oversee development, databases, and version control (Git).
• Drive IT security, access management, and risk mitigation.
• Lead projects, modernise systems, and optimise costs with suppliers.
