Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG invites you to join its 16-month Technology Sales Graduate Programme starting September 2027 in London or Hatfield.

You will rotate across the business to understand how Computacenter supports customers and develops sales capabilities through hands-on learning, mentoring and real business exposure. You’ll work with a high-potential cohort, building technology knowledge, client engagement skills and the confidence to drive successful sales conversations.

Qualifications

• A degree in any subject, completed by the start date.
• A genuine interest in technology, sales and working with customers to solve real business challenges.
• The ability to communicate with different people, building relationships and being curious enough to ask questions.
• A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to manage your time and balance priorities.
• A growth mindset and drive to learn throughout the programme.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on rotations across different areas of the business to understand how Computacenter works and how we support our customers.
• Build knowledge of technology, products and solutions, and how they help customers achieve their business goals.
• Develop core sales skills through practical activities, presentations, training and coaching.
• Gain hands-on experience creating customer-facing materials and learn tools and processes driving sales success.
• Progress to supporting real customer opportunities, live campaigns and commercial conversations.
• Take part in partner site visits and wider technology events with leading brands such as Apple, Microsoft and Dell.
• Drive personal development by building self-awareness and your personal brand.
• Work towards external, industry-recognised sales training and qualifications.
