Job summary

DS Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the IS&S Delivery function, leading complex, global IT and security programmes across regions and business units. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance and risk management while coordinating internal teams and external partners and mentoring other project managers.

This role requires IAM tooling experience (CyberArk) and a track record of delivering at scale in multinational organisations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned project delivery professional with global experience and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and programme reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, global IT and security projects across multiple workstreams.
• Own project governance, ensuring delivery to DS Smith standards and governance forums.
• Manage project budgets and resources across internal, external and vendor teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor for decision making and alignment.
