Job summary

Amber Labs is recruiting an experienced Security Delivery Manager for a major Central Government transformation programme. The role focuses on owning security delivery, translating requirements into practical outcomes and embedding secure-by-design across the programme lifecycle.

Candidates should have led security workstreams, accountable security outcomes, and strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading security workstreams and owning delivery outcomes across large programmes.
Experience embedding secure-by-design principles throughout the lifecycle.
Strong governance, RAID reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead security workstreams across a large transformation programme.
Own security delivery outcomes and ensure security requirements are embedded across all delivery phases.
Manage dependencies across technology, business change, security assurance, testing and deployment.
Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
Coordinate security activities across design teams, system integrators and suppliers.
Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers to ensure delivery success.
Support governance processes and provide clear reporting to programme leadership.
Drive alignment across multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
Support security readiness, controls and access management.
