Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to drive strategic cybersecurity initiatives across critical control areas. You will lead global teams, align with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects in a highly matrixed financial services environment.

The role requires extensive experience in IAM, data protection, security operations, and strong governance, with a disciplined approach to budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years overall experience in Financial Services.
• 5 years leading high-visibility technology projects.
• Cybersecurity project management experience.
• Experience in PAM, IGA, IAA, Data Protection, Security Operations.
• Matrixed organization experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project budgeting between $250K and $3M.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall and Change Management.
