Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Senior Communications Executive for a leading international business based in Portsmouth. The role focuses on internal communications, employee engagement, employer branding and ESG messaging, with campaigns across digital and social channels.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. International travel typical: 3-day European trips every two months and 2-3 longer trips per year to engage global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience in large, multicultural or international organisations.
• Strong social media management across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating integrated campaigns across channels.
• Able to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Interest in sustainability and ESG communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• International communications experience to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communication campaigns for office-based and operational employees.
• Create engaging written, visual and digital content across channels.
• Manage corporate social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Support employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement campaigns.
• Draft leadership communications, announcements and talking points.
• Translate complex sustainability information into engaging content.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams and locations.
