Job summary

Campions is seeking an Internal Communications & ESG Executive to lead internal communications across London-based teams, aligning messaging with the organisation's strategy and ESG priorities. The role is hybrid and focuses on engaging colleagues, leadership visibility, and change programmes.

You will manage The Loop platform, develop plans for audiences, and partner with senior leaders to deliver clear, timely content, measure engagement and continuously improve communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal/employee communications or similar role.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for a range of audiences and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience managing digital communications channels, including an intranet or employee platform.
• Experience supporting organisational change and communicating complex information clearly.
• Experience supporting ESG within an organisation.
• Confidence advising senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate communications effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day content and communications across The Loop.
• Maintain a forward communications calendar covering company-wide and targeted communications.
• Ensure key initiatives and changes are communicated clearly to colleagues.
• Develop engaging content for different audiences and channels.
• Provide communications support and advice to senior leaders and managers.
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
