Job summary

Workshop Recruitment, on behalf of a leading international business, is seeking a Senior Communications Executive in Portsmouth. You will drive internal communications strategy, develop campaigns across digital and social channels and support employer branding, recruitment and corporate messaging.

The role requires experience with large international organisations, strong writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Have 3-5 years experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience in a large, multicultural or international organisation is desirable.
• Strong social media management experience across LinkedIn and Meta platforms is required.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills are essential.
• Experience creating integrated campaigns across multiple channels is preferred.

Are you an experienced Senior Communicatsions Executive with strong social media skills and experience working within a large, multicultural organisation?

A leading international business is looking for an engaging and proactive communications professional to develop internal communications across its global workforce. The role will focus on employee engagement, community, recruitment, employer brand and corporate messaging. As Senior Communications Executive you will create engaging campaigns across digital and social channels, support senior leaders with key communications and help bring company culture, sustainability and business priorities to life.

International travel is required, typically including a 3-day European trip approximately every two months, plus 2 3 international trips per year lasting at least one week.
