Job summary

Workshop Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to drive internal campaigns across our global workforce. You will lead employee engagement, culture, employer branding and corporate messaging, with a focus on sustainability and ESG communications.

You will craft engaging content for digital and social channels, support senior leaders, and collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in internal, corporate or marketing communications.
• Experience in a large multicultural or international organisation.
• Strong social media management across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating integrated campaigns across channels.
• Confidently work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Interest in sustainability and ESG communications.
• Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Are you an experienced Communications Manager with strong social media skills and experience working within a large, multicultural organisation? A leading international business is looking for an engaging and proactive communications professional to develop internal communications across its global workforce. The role will focus on employee engagement, community, recruitment, employer brand and corporate messaging. As Communications Manager, you will create engaging campaigns across digital and social channels, support senior leaders with key communications and help bring company culture, sustainability and business priorities to life.

• Industry background is not important; international communications experience and the ability to engage diverse audiences are key.

International travel is required, typically including a 3-day European trip approximately every two months, plus 2-3 international trips per year lasting at least one week.
