Job summary

Side is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support its global studios from London, with hybrid working and opportunities to travel. You will report to the Senior PR Manager and help shape an evolving internal comms strategy across 14 studios, collaborating with senior leaders and multiple teams.

You’ll design accessible processes, drive engagement with environmental initiatives, and oversee regional counsel for studio heads.

Qualifications

• Three–five years’ experience in internal comms.
• Experience navigating large organisations and multiple time zones.
• Skilled at connecting multiple comms streams and leading initiatives.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and analysis of team feedback surveys
• Drive engagement for our environmental programme
• Provide tailored regional counsel for internal comms to our local studio heads
• Design accessible internal comms processes to keep our teams and leadership connected
• Spot and remove barriers that are impeding our internal comms
• Take part in the annual review process, providing feedback and supervision as required
• Help develop the internal communications practice, increase its visibility across the company and work with other teams to improve how we communicate with our people
• Attend external and internal events as required, travel will be required for this role
