Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to join the Global Insurance Programme team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with fee earners, Finance and Business Services to deliver high-quality operational support, reporting and process improvements.

The role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement and governance across client accounts, with a mix of in-office and remote working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience of client data management and its relevance to the insurance litigation process.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes and experience within an insurance claims litigation environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of audit requirements, SLA monitoring, KPI reporting and performance analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across multiple practice areas and business functions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and professional approach.
• Confidence to work autonomously, deliver reporting requirements and support operational processes independently.
