Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to join the Global Client Operations Team in Glasgow. You will support due diligence, onboarding, audit and client assurance activities across the firm’s Top Insurance Programme, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining governance evidence.

You will contribute to automation, knowledge management and scalable client service solutions, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate responses to client requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and proactively manage stakeholder engagement.
• Confidence handling client-facing discussions and explaining processes, policies and controls.
• Strong attention to detail and information management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and knowledge management tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence, onboarding, audit and client assurance activities across Clyde & Co's Top Insurance Programme.
• Maintain the firm's due diligence knowledge base, supporting evidence and governance processes.
