Collaboration Tools & Intranet: Lead the implementation and management of internal collaboration tools, including the development of an intranet or SharePoint environment to support knowledge sharing, document management, and employee engagement across global teams.
IT Policy & Governance: Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures for acceptable use, data protection, remote access, and incident response. Ensure documentation is audit-ready and supports future compliance requirements.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Create and test disaster recovery and continuity plans to minimise risk and downtime.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service alignment with business goals.
Budgeting & Planning: Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost optimisation for hardware, software, and services.
