Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager with public sector experience to support strategic initiatives. This role is inside IR35, remote with occasional site visits.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct Opportunity Assessment Reviews through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and report development.
  • Research and implement best practices to achieve cost improvements and benefits.
  • Follow benefits realization processes, ensuring benefits are identified and strategies are in place to deliver them.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support savings initiatives, knowledge sharing, and development of subject matter expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for up-sell and support business case development.
  • Utilize procurement tools and methodologies to support projects and transformation activities.
  • Manage multiple workstreams within projects using defined methodologies.
