Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel experience for data reconciliation and reporting.
• Background in Supply Chain, Import/Export, or Logistics administration is beneficial.
• Proficiency with SAP; ATLAS familiarity preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee imports/exports into UK; manage ~1,500 containers monthly.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation and customs clearance with agents; monitor KPI performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and digital tooling to streamline processes.
