Responsibilities

• Prepare inward and outward processing documents and maintain monitoring files.
• Coordinate export documentation and permissions with 3PLs and authorities.
• Plan and coordinate export shipments with carriers and shipping agencies.
• Ensure accurate HS/GTIP codes and manage import/export cost reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance documentation for investments, insurance, and customs.
