DSV is seeking a Freight Forwarder/Air Import Handler to join the Gateway department at RAF Marham, Kings Lynn. The role focuses on imports, overseeing shipments from start to finish and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor international freight shipments from inception to delivery, guaranteeing adherence to service levels and protocols.
• Operate Customer Service based on day-to-day operations.
• Monitor data quality and live updates.
• Issue documentation including master bills, house bills of lading and ensure customs compliance.
• Communicate with network and carrier partners across the globe.
• Day-to-day problem solving and assist management with ongoing tasks.
