Insight Employment is seeking an Import & Export Administrator to join a Milton Keynes-based client. The role covers export invoicing and documentation to ensure shipments reach 27+ countries and involves assisting with sales, telephone duties, and general admin in a small office environment.

Required are strong import/export knowledge, Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to handle documentation and legislation (EUR1, etc.). Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

• Full understanding of import and export routines.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good understanding of documentation required to ship goods from the UK.
• Working with current legislation (EUR1, etc.)
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and 'people skills'
• Foreign language skills are increasingly useful

Responsibilities
