Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to join the Customs team in Charlton, near North Greenwich. You will manage inbound stock imports and customer outbound orders, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with suppliers and carriers to secure accurate documentation.

The role covers Harmonised Tariff classification, import clearance instructions, and collaboration with the customer care team to ensure on-time deliveries. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with international customs laws and export compliance.
• Knowledge of Harmonised Tariff System and HMRC procedures.
• Understanding of Incoterms and Free Trade Agreements.
• Experience with air export documentation.

Responsibilities

• W​ coordinate inbound stock imports and customer outbound orders across global distribution centres.
• Liaise daily with suppliers, carriers and vendors for compliant documentation.
• Accurate classification of goods using the Harmonised Tariff System.
• Provide import clearance instructions to carriers.
• Support the customer care team to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Identify supply chain risks and propose compliance solutions.
