Job summary

GetRecruited UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Import & Export Coordinator in Chigwell. The role focuses on coordinating international shipments by road, sea and air, handling customs clearance, and maintaining strong relationships with transport providers.

Hybrid working is offered with salary 30,000–55,000. You will manage freight movements, ERP data, and delivery planning while supporting continuous improvements in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong coordination and planning abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving and relationship-building with transport providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments by road, sea and air.
• Manage customs clearance documentation and import/export processes.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders, hauliers and transport providers.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and customers to keep delivery schedules.
• Plan and monitor shipments from order to delivery.
• Maintain ERP data and Excel records for shipments.
• Resolve delivery issues and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Support continuous improvements across logistics processes.
