Qualifications

• Experience in distribution of chemical products or similar regulated goods.
• Strong knowledge of customs-clearance and import/export documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel for logistics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments by road, sea and air.
• Manage customs-clearance and import/export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, hauliers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate ERP and Excel data; monitor shipment status.
