Job summary

Payscale is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Implementations across the UK, Canada, North America and Australia for our market leading compensation management software. You will lead, manage and motivate project teams across multiple geographies, maintaining end-to-end plans and delivering on time, on budget and to quality criteria.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, change management experience, and a proactive, independent work style within our remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Formal project management training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to organize and manage effectively.
• Proven change management experience delivering projects in global organizations.
• Experience delivering projects and process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Proactive self-starter who works independently and in a team.
• Confident and proactive mindset with drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate in multiple geographic locations, communicating project progress and taking accountability for delivery.
• Develop and maintain an end-to-end project plan that meets scope, time, budget and quality criteria.
• Provide timely, precise and comprehensive project MI.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure mitigation plans are in place and executed; escalate as appropriate.
• Promote continuous improvement on projects and share best practices within the PM community.
