Job summary

Levy Global in London is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead multiple SaaS deployment projects from kick-off to go-live. This client-facing role collaborates with Product, Development, Customer Success and Support to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience.

You will build and maintain project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and act as the main contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating internal teams to ensure

Responsibilities

.This is a client-facing role where you'll lead multiple SaaS implementation projects, working closely with customers from project kick-off through to go-live. You'll collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience

What we're looking for/ Must Have

• Experience working with travel technology, tour operators or other travel software providers
• Experience managing customer-facing SaaS software implementation projects.
• A proven track record of delivering multiple software implementations from kick-off through to go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a software environment.
• A structured approach to planning, risk management and project delivery

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar project management certification
