Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead complex workforce technology implementations for global organisations across Europe, North America and beyond.

The role is based in Northampton with three onsite days per week, serving as the bridge between clients, internal teams and third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology or systems implementation projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Technical mindset with understanding of how systems, data, people and processes work together.
• Excellent project management skills with experience handling multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating third-party technology providers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and HRIS platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines and milestones.
• Capture detailed meeting notes, actions and decisions to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows and system configurations to enable successful adoption.
• Oversee system configuration with third-party technology partners to meet requirements.
• Review configurations during build/testing and ensure alignment to processes.
• Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests with regular progress updates.

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of complex workforce technology implementations for global organisations across Europe, North America and beyond.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end system implementations, acting as the bridge between clients, our internal teams and third-party technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality.

You’ll have a technical mindset, exceptional organisational skills and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. From project planning through to go-live and client sign-off, you’ll ensure every implementation is delivered successfully while proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones.
• Capture detailed meeting and project notes, actions, decisions and requirements to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows, system configurations, onboarding guides and supporting materials to enable successful system adoption.
• Work closely with our third-party technology partners to oversee system configuration and development, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Review and validate system configurations throughout the build and testing process, resolving issues and ensuring the solution aligns to agreed processes
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular progress updates to internal and client stakeholders.
