Job summary

Stryker is seeking an ICM Training and Communications Manager to shape global training and communication for indirect channel management. You will partner with leadership and regional teams to design scalable programmes and clear messaging across time zones.

With 8+ years in a multinational environment, you will oversee learning platforms such as Cornerstone and Articulate, drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate end-to-end communication deployments in a dynamic global setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma required, with a master’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in a multinational or matrixed organisation.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes across virtual, face-to-face and digital learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of learning systems administration and instructional design tools such as Articulate.
• Experience with Cornerstone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the global training and communication strategy for the ICM function.
• Design, develop, plan and deliver training programmes for internal stakeholders and indirect channel partners.
• Translate complex ICM strategies into clear, practical communications for varied audiences.
• Own and support the success of ICM Learn learning management system.
