Job summary

Stryker seeks an ICM Training and Communications Manager to lead the global training and communication strategy for the Indirect Channel Management function. You will design, develop and deliver diverse training programmes for internal stakeholders and indirect channel partners, across virtual, face-to-face and digital formats, coordinating across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma required, with a master’s degree preferred.
• Significant 8+ years in a similar role within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes across virtual, face-to-face and digital learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of learning systems administration, virtual training facilitation and instructional design tools such as Articulate.
• Experience with Cornerstone preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical and engaging messages.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑moving global environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across regions, cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in or exposure to indirect channel management, commercial enablement, compliance‑driven learning or regulated training environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and implement global training and communication strategy for the ICM function; deliver programmes for internal stakeholders and indirect channel partners across multiple formats.
• Build clear communication plans, launch plans, message maps and training schedules to support global programs and system changes.
• Own and support ICM Learn LMS and related platforms, ensuring users are trained and informed of updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs and regional teams to adapt training resources for diverse audiences; lead or support global training sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Monitor and evaluate training programmes, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement to boost effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead or support strategic ICM training deployments; coordinate launch activity and stakeholder readiness across projects and transformations.
