Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking an International Training & Competence Manager to lead the development and delivery of global training strategies across multiple regions. The role focuses on workforce capability, local content, and bid-enabled solutions that support international growth.

You will partner with Business Development and Operations to ensure practical, scalable training delivery, maintaining high standards across regions and adapting to market conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Operations, or Technical Training).
• Strong understanding of international competence management systems and frameworks.
• Knowledge of international training delivery models (in-house, third-party, contractor-based).
• Understanding of workforce capability development within Oil & Gas / Energy / environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of international training and competence solutions across regions.
• Ensure in-country training supports bid activity, operational readiness, and workforce mobilization.
• Bridge BD, operations and external providers for practical, scalable solutions.
• Define and drive local content / ICV requirements in bids.
• Develop a flexible international competence framework adaptable to regional needs.
• Support bid development with credible solutions aligned to client expectations.
