Job summary

Stryker seeks an ICM Training and Communications Manager to lead global training and learner enablement for Indirect Channel Management. You will partner with ICM leadership across regions to design scalable programmes and engaging communications that drive adoption and impact.

You will own learning systems, partner with SMEs, and lead cross‑functional delivery across LATAM, Europe and beyond, travelling up to 60% to ensure rollout success.

Qualifications

• Diploma required, with a master’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience 8+ years in a similar role within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes across virtual, face-to-face and digital learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of learning systems administration, virtual training facilitation and instructional design tools such as Articulate.
• Experience with Cornerstone preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical and engaging messages.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving global environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across regions, cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in or exposure to indirect channel management, commercial enablement, compliance-driven learning or regulated training environments preferred.
