Qualifications

• Progressive senior level HR expertise in global SaaS / Software / AI companies.
• Senior HR Business Partner supporting executive stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Ability to influence and advise at C-suite / senior-leadership level.
• Deep expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business performance.
• Familiarity with how AI and agentic technologies are reshaping operating models and the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders, challenging thinking and influencing decisions on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Translate complex business priorities into actionable people strategies.
• Use data and qualitative insight, and drive strategies that move the business forward.
• Lead the design of agile, future-ready organisation structures.
• Build strategic plans that connect talent, capability gaps, and AI-driven shifts.
• Help leaders think structurally about agentic AI and blended human–AI work models.
• Shape leadership effectiveness, succession plans, and high-potential development.
• Drive culture and engagement strategy across a global, distributed workforce.
• Partner on critical talent decisions.
• Lead the people dimension of transformation programmes, anticipating human impact and designing adoption strategies.
• Bring an agentic-AI lens to transformations and be prepared to challenge leaders.
• Use people analytics to generate insight, and quantify the impact of HR interventions.
• Identify and embed AI and automation across HR processes, from talent intelligence and modelling to workflow automation and decision support.
