Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks a Principal HRBP to drive strategic HR across PXT groups. You will partner with senior leaders, translate business goals into talent capabilities, and guide global initiatives from workforce planning to 3YOPs. Expect hands-on execution, data-driven decisions, and travel across EMEA and beyond.

You will lead with an independent mindset, leveraging AI assistance, and drive employee relations, org design, and location strategy to shape the future tech workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR generalist, manager or business partner.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience working in a global company with multi-country responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and managers.
• Strong writing/editing with grammar and style.
• Experience in supporting technical organizations or tech roles.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies across PXT orgs.
• Drive workforce planning, org design and location strategy.
• Oversee three-year operating plans (3YOPs) and employee relations.
• Shape an AI-enabled workforce and culture with data-driven insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business plans into talent capabilities.
• Travel across EMEA (40%) and international travel (10%).
