About the Role

This is a senior hands-on HR Business Partner and a trusted advisor to senior leadership across a global business. The role will translate business strategy into integrated people strategy, connecting leadership ambition and workforce capability, and partnering with local HR teams to deliver outcomes into the local framework.

This is a high-profile global role, although not a people-management position initially; influence will be exercised through expertise, strategic insight, and shaping decisions at the highest levels.
