Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to lead the development and execution of HR strategies across PXT organizations.

Qualifications

Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities.
Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills.
Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style.
Experience supporting technical organizations or being in a tech role.
Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities.
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
Experience with employee relations.
Master's degree.

Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting various PXT organizations.
Lead workforce planning, org design, location strategy and 3-year operating plans (3YOPs).
Oversee employee relations and AI-enabled workforce and culture initiatives.
Interface with stakeholders at all levels and translate business goals into HR capabilities.
Travel across EMEA (40%) and international travel (10% a year) as needed.
