Job summary

Croda is seeking an HR Technology Transformation Specialist to support governance, data quality, and process workstreams within the Global HR Transformation programme. Remote working with a 38-country footprint, you’ll partner with HR, IT, Finance and Legal to drive DPIA actions, data integrity and cross-country policy alignment.

This role focuses on governance, data integration and go-live activities, offering exposure to a multinational, matrixed environment and the chance to help shape

Qualifications

• Strong working understanding of GDPR in HR systems
• Experience with data quality, integration architecture and system dependencies
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams
• Collaborative mindset with ability to unblock others
• Experience in multinational, matrixed environments across HR/IT/Finance/Legal
• Discretion handling sensitive data and governance matters

Responsibilities

• Governance: maintain Quality Gate discipline and track scope creep
• Track DPIA actions to closure and manage related items
• Input into Works Council consultations across European jurisdictions
• Maintain governance trackers and documentation for Hypercare/BAU
• Data: support quality remediation and legacy archiving across migrations
• Process: support HR Policy Transformation workflows and policy inventory
• Go-Live: coordinate cutover, SSO testing, mobile app rollout, and freeze process
