Croda is seeking an HR Technology Transformation Specialist to support governance, data, and process workstreams within the Global HR Transformation programme. This remote role collaborates across HR, IT, Finance and Legal, and will coordinate Go-Live activities and SSO/testing logistics.
Start date is immediate with an end date of 2027 (flexible). You’ll work in a multinational environment supporting GDPR, data quality, and systems integration across a 38-country footprint.
