Job summary

EG Group seeks a Project Manager to lead HR, digital, and technology projects across the business within the IT delivery framework. You will own initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment while realising defined benefits.

The role involves engaging senior stakeholders, managing governance artefacts, and driving change adoption across a global organisation. Horwich on-site hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex HR or digital transformation projects within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of structured project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience delivering HR-related programmes such as job architecture, organisation design, or HRIS implementations (e.g. SAP / SuccessFactors).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of HR and digital projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.
• Applying project governance frameworks, maintaining key artefacts, and managing Stage Gate and steering committee processes.
• Managing project plans, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure effective and controlled delivery.
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Driving business readiness, including change management, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Managing third-party vendors and partners to ensure delivery against agreed scope, cost, and quality expectations.
